Leave Out Violence (LOVE) was created to reduce and help eliminate violence in the lives of youth and our communities by initiating a movement of youth spokespeople who communicate a message of non-violence. LOVE’s Goal: to create an anti-violence movement of youth starting now and for generations to come.

LOVE is a non-profit after school program in NYC that serves at risk youth 12-18 years old, who are victims, survivors, witnesses and/or perpetrators of bullying, drug abuse, cutting, domestic abuse and many other forms of violence as defined by our youth.

LOVE teaches a message of non-violence through our writing program which includes; journalism, prose and poetry and through photography which includes the disciplines of photojournalism, art photography and videography.

LOVE gives youth a voice to take into their communities, their schools, their homes and onto the streets proving that non-violence is the most effective choice.
